Shipping Policy
Orders are dispatched from China through the carriers FedEx, UPS or DHL. This policy forms part of, and is complementary to, our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
1. Delivery period
The maximum delivery period is thirty (30) calendar days from the acknowledgement of receipt of your order. That period covers the manufacture of the item, international transport and customs clearance in the country of destination.
If we are unable to deliver within the stated period, we will notify you, and you may either grant an additional period appropriate to the circumstances or terminate the contract and obtain a refund of all amounts paid without undue delay.
2. Costs and taxes
Shipping is free of charge to all destinations.
As you act as the importer, import VAT, customs duties and the destination country’s charges and clearance costs are borne by you and are paid to customs or to the carrier, never to GENESIS LAB, S.L.
The website displays the total amount, with its breakdown, before the order is placed — see our Terms and Conditions of Sale (clause 4) and the country-by-country guidance on Certificates & shipping.
3. Risk in transit and insurance
The risk of loss, theft or damage to the products during transport lies with GENESIS LAB, S.L. until physical delivery to you or to a third party you designate, other than the carrier.
4. Tracking
You will receive shipment tracking information by email.
5. Delivery address
You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. Once your order has been confirmed it will not be possible to change it. Deliveries are not made to PO boxes.
